Mothers of Murdered Sons & United Survivors

Mothers of Murdered Sons & United Survivors (Moms & US) is an unconventional Support Group who help survivors i.e. mothers, family members and friends, heal through their grief. We offer a safe place, for those individuals who wants to verbally, express their pain. We also offer, therapy infused activities that focus on, Mental Health and Physical Wellness. Such as, meditation, water aerobics, yoga, breath work and more. It's important, that survivors know we stand with them, while together we travel along this journey of grief. Let's turn our "Tragedy into Triumph"!
